In western cultures, the workplace has traditionally been male-dominated for centuries.  Within my lifetime, women were often forced to give up their careers when they got married or had children.  I believe this represents a huge social and economic loss. 

People of any gender are welcome to attend my courses and coaching programme, with the understanding that I bring a female perspective.  This helps to ensure that everyone on my courses are equally empowered to thrive.
